Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns (Change of Mind)

Due to the nature of trading card games (TCG), collectible items, and market fluctuations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes all trading card products such as booster packs, booster boxes, sealed products, single cards, graded cards, slabbed collectibles, and mystery items.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@lucky88collectables.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Sealed Product Condition

We take care in handling and shipping all sealed products. However, minor factory imperfections (including slight whitening, print lines, small dents, or box wear) are considered normal and are not classified as damage.

Returns will not be accepted for minor manufacturing variations that do not affect gameplay or authenticity.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened trading card products
  • Cards removed from original packaging
  • Mystery or blind products once opened
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a return is approved due to a valid issue, you may receive a replacement (if available) or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once approved. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@lucky88collectables.com.au.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or repair) for goods that are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.
