Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods, product drops, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, location, or peak periods.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted Australia Post and/or other reputable courier services to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.


Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock unless otherwise stated.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier networks.

However, if your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lucky88collectables.com.au and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.


Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.


Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe place if the courier deems it appropriate. We are not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
